marriage retreat 2012

after our lovely weekend in santa barbara, we dropped kiah off at my mom & dad's and drove back out to palm springs for the night - alone!! first time away from kiah overnight...and we all survived ;).

we pretty much vegged that night and got down to business after sleeping in the next morning!! woohoo....sleeping in! we recapped last year's goals and talked about how we did; some categories were great, others not so good. it is getting much faster to go through these plans every year which is great. i did realize that next year we need two nights...one day for getting business done and another for playing!

it was a good thing for us, for our marriage. we're excited about where God is leading us in 2012!
